Orata Engineering is taking the threat of COVID-19 very seriously. We are continually adjusting our working conditions to adhere to the latest recommendations from the government and health professionals, while still providing services to our clients.

We implemented an alternative workspace on March 13th to include telework, teleconferences, and virtual meetings, rather than person to person contact. We recognize our duty to minimize the spread of COVID-19 to protect the health and wellbeing of our clients, staff, and the broader public. With Orata’s Business Continuity Plan and protective measures in place, our experts can continue to offer safe and low-risk services for you.

We are continuing to provide critical/essential services, including site investigations & inspections. Our team of experts are currently cleared and in good health. In a global effort to work together, we will be practicing social distancing when on-site. Due to the potentially hazardous nature of forensic and building envelope investigation, our experts are already equipped with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) that meets and exceeds recommended equipment to avoid contracting/spreading the virus. We believe transparency and open communication will allow us to continue to provide our regular services while keeping one another safe.

We feel it is our responsibility to minimize interruptions of services to our clients to help reduce the financial impacts of this unprecedented global response.
